WCC: Game 12
It's a draw with the score being 6:6. The match ends in a tie, so now (I don't know when) there will be a play-off game to try and resolve the match and unite the Chess World.
Still, Kramnik wants to play game 5 right now and have the score be set back to 6:5 (his favor) and he is threatening to sue FIDE if that doesn't happen. On the other side, Topalov is threatening to sue if the FIDE takes the game 5 point away from him. FIDE is in a tight spot, but a well deserved one because they continue to mishandle these situations or don't plan for any contingency whatsoever when issues arise. That organization seems to be run by the Marx Brothers half the time...
